This corner mas, spread over two levels, includes a living-dining room with sofa bed opening onto the terrace and its garden, a fully equipped open kitchen with a pantry, and two air-conditioned bedrooms with closets. One bedroom has a double bed (140x190), and the other has two single beds (90x190). The bathroom features a double sink and a window, while the separate toilet also has a window.
A numbered parking space is provided for free, along with free Wi-Fi.

Access to the mas is via a few steps to descend.

The gated and secure estate covers 40 hectares and offers a shared pool open from June to September (10 € per person per week, with a 50 € deposit; free for children under 7 years old). There are also 4 tennis courts (with a 100 € deposit, then 40 € per week with reservation), and a clubhouse.

Linen rental is available as an option: 20 € for a double bed, 10 € for a single bed, and 8 € for a set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.

The mas is located 900 meters from Gigaro beach, with its sandy beaches, coastal trail, marine trail, restaurants, and a convenience store (including a bakery and international press section). From the Collebasse pass, Ramatuelle is a 10-minute drive away, the Escalet beaches are less than 15 minutes, and Pampelonne beaches and Saint-Tropez are 20 minutes away.
